Last updated: February 27, 2026
What qcal is
qcal is a scheduling service that lets you create booking pages, share your availability, and let people book meetings with you. It connects to your Google Calendar to manage events.
Your account
You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We're not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your account secure.
How you can use qcal
You agree to:
- Use qcal only for lawful purposes.
- Not abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
- Not use qcal to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Your data
You own your data. We don't use it for anything other than providing the qcal service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Google Calendar access
By using qcal, you authorize us to access your Google Calendar to read your availability and create or modify events related to bookings made through qcal. We only use this access to deliver the scheduling service. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
Service availability
We do our best to keep qcal running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for any missed bookings or scheduling conflicts that may result from service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
qcal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using qcal at any time by revoking Google access and requesting data deletion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of qcal after changes constitutes acceptance.
